Remote Position
Base Salary - $115,00 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience
Duties and Responsibilities :
Strategy
- Develop strategy to optimize the full sales cycle through prospecting, nurture, offer, close, onboarding, and repeat and referral business to exceed sales and revenue targets
- Ensure team initiatives align with company objectives and key results
- Responsible for STEM sales territory definition and assignment
- Partner closely with Operations to optimize pipeline key performance indicators (KPIs) and guarantee smooth execution of STEM field trips
- Partner closely with Marketing to inform targeting and messaging strategies for ideal customer persona (ICP) demand generation
- Build and scale indirect / partnership sales function
Targets and Forecasting
Collaborate with Sales Operations to construct sales and revenue forecastsWork closely with Finance to set sales and revenue targetsManagement and Training
Build and manage sales and post sales onboarding teamOversee sales training and developmentMarket Research / Program Design
Oversee ICP developmentPartner closely with STEM Program Manager to apply sales insights to program designRepresent iFLY STEM field trip programs at industry and trade eventsStay abreast of market and competitor trends and adjust strategy as necessaryReporting and KPIs
Collaborate with Sales Operations to define and report on pipeline KPIsWork closely with BI and Finance to report progress on sales and revenue targetsWork Experience and Requirements :
Proven sales leadership experiencing driving revenue growth and leading teams at a national or multi-region scale8-10+ years of experience in education, edtech, or experiential sales with at least 3 years in a senior leadership roleExceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting environmentProficiency in CRM software (Hubspot experience a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.The Good Stuff :
