[job_card.job_description]Diagnose, evaluate, and treat patients with hormonal imbalances , thyroid conditions , osteoporosis , diabetes , and other endocrine disorders . Provide outpatient care with consult-only hospital coverage. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care . Offer patient counseling on the management of endocrine disorders . Participate in educational programs and professional development. Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree. Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship . Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology . Illinois Medical License (active or pending). Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Location : Dekalb, Illinois (One hour from Chicago)
Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Endocrinologist to join an established Endocrine and Diabetes team in Dekalb, Illinois . The selected candidate will provide dedicated support to an existing Medical Group while enjoying a busy community-based outpatient practice with consult-only hospital coverage.
