Senior Pursuit Specialist

GARNEY CONSTRUCTION

We are seeking a Senior Pursuit Specialist to join our growing Marketing team in McKinney TX. This newly created role will be instrumental in supporting our strategic work acquisition efforts by leading pursuit planning proposals statements of qualifications (SOQs) and interview preparation. The Senior Pursuit Specialist partners closely with Profit Center Officers Operations and Business Development teams to produce high-quality client-focused deliverables that advance Garneys position in the water and wastewater industry. The ideal candidate brings strong pursuit strategy experience leadership in proposal development and a passion for storytelling that connects client needs to Garneys solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of pursuit efforts including capture planning proposal development and interview coordination.
• Develop write and edit persuasive content tailored to client goals and project requirements.
• Facilitate pursuit meetings (kick-offs draft reviews debriefs) to ensure alignment and quality.
• Leverage CRM data (Unanet by Cosential) to create project resumes maintain pursuit records and generate reports.
• Develop and update branded marketing materials including brochures project sheets and pursuit collateral.
• Mentor Marketing Coordinators and Specialists sharing best practices and supporting professional development.
