- Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position
- Team Lead position with a mix of Clinical and Administrative
- Neuro focused population Stroke, Parkinsons, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Swallowing, etc
- Mentor and lead a team of 4 SLPs
- Oversee program development, process improvement, and drive quality outcomes
- Willingness to mentor a CFY
- $10,000 sign-on bonus

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position working with a diverse caseload with a heavy neuro focus. In this setting you will work 1 : 1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire and they have a Senior SLP with over a decade of Inpatient Rehab experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
