Now Hiring : CNC Operators - Second Shift

Join our aerospace manufacturing team and play a vital role in producing precision-machined metal components that meet the highest industry standards. We're looking for dependable, skilled CNC Operators who take pride in their work and are ready to contribute in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do : \n

  • Operate CNC milling and / or lathe machines to manufacture high-quality metal parts.

\n

  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.

    • \n

  • Produce parts to meet required specifications and tight tolerances.

    • \n

  • Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers.

    • \n

  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.

    • \n

  • Perform basic machine maintenance and setup tasks.

    • \n

  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including use of required PPE.

    • \n \n

    Requirements

    \n

  • \n Basic experience operating CNC mills and / or lathes required.

    • \n

  • Solid understanding of machining operations and shop math preferred.

    • \n

  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, travelers, and work instructions .

    • \n

  • Strong mechanical aptitude , attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

    • \n

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team .

    • \n

  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and clear communication in English.

    • \n

  • Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.

    • \n \n

    Physical Demands

    \n

  • Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers.

    • \n

  • Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting.

    • \n

  • Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

    • \n

  • Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and use of fine motor skills.

    • \n

  • Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.

    • \n \n

    Work Schedule

    Full-Time, Second Shift : Monday-Friday, 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

    Initial training will be conducted during Day Shift : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM for up to 90 days.

    Pay Range

    \n

  • CNC Operator I : $18.50-$23.50 / hr

    • \n

  • CNC Operator II : $23.50-$27.50 / hr
