Join Workday as a Design Technologist and revolutionize how we build and iterate on user experiences. You will be a critical bridge between design, and engineering, contributing to prototypes that empower designers and to create and iterate more efficiently.

We are seeking an experienced Design Technologist who is passionate about the intersection of design and code. You possess a strong track record of not only translating design concepts into functional prototypes and production-ready components but also of applying AI techniques to accelerate and enhance these processes. You are a clear and effective communicator, with a talent for articulating technical concepts to design teams and design considerations to engineering teams, and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Here's how you'll make an impact on the team :

• Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes using modern web technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS), often leveraging AI-powered tools and generative techniques to accelerate development and explore variations.
• Collaborate with designers to explore and validate new user interface patterns and interactions.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility and successful implementation of design solutions.
