Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Behavioral Health Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervises behavioral health utilization review clinicians to ensure compliance with guidelines

Monitors and tracks utilization management resources to meet performance and quality standards

Provides coaching, guidance, and training to the utilization management team

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience

License to practice independently as required by the state

Prior supervisory experience preferred

Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles preferred

Understanding of medical necessity criteria for behavioral health services preferred
