Job Details

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Support and maintain PLC-controlled equipment, including basic programming adjustments and diagnostics.

Inspect and replace motors, pumps, valves, bearings, and other machine components as needed.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of equipment issues and recommend improvements.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications :

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLCs.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work flexible shifts or overtime as required.
