Job Title: Public Affairs and Community Engagement Program Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
Client is looking for a Public Affairs and Community Engagement Program Manager to join our Global Marketing & Communications team, aimed at powering prosperity globally through strategic communication and community initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing Intuit s global presence and impact through effective program and project management, specifically in public affairs communications and community engagement. This role focuses on driving the company s platform community engagement strategy and requires a seasoned strategist who is adept at multi-channel internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel communication programs for Intuit s public affairs and community initiatives.
- Enhance Intuit's engagement in communities by prioritizing and articulating the value of initiatives such as financial literacy, sustainability, and social/community engagement.
- Collaborate across a matrixed organization to ensure alignment and the success of Intuit s public affairs communications.
- Support the enterprise with community engagement strategy and the operations of initiatives like the Intuit IDEAS program, Intuit for Education, and more.
- Unify the strategy around Intuit s impact in communities, leveraging project management skills to tell compelling stories of social impact.
Must Have Skills:
- Proven track record in strategic communications and public affairs.
- Advanced project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Strong ability to partner and collaborate effectively across functions and teams.
Industry Experience:
- Experience in community development, public affairs, or a related field, preferably within the tech or financial services industry, demonstrates an ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups and drive community-centric programs.
