Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid

Job Description

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Colonial Heights, VA clinic in a hybrid role. This full-time position blends remote clinical work with a required monthly on-site presence for direct staff support, collaboration, and clinical oversight.

The selected BCBA must be willing to obtain a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site clinical supervision

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

Supervise and mentor RBTs

Review data and ensure treatment integrity

Maintain payer and ethical compliance

Participate in monthly on-site clinic visits

Collaborate with clinic leadership and operations

Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Willingness to obtain Virginia LBA

Experience supervising RBTs and managing ABA caseloads

Strong understanding of ABA clinical and ethical standards

Strong documentation and data analysis skills

Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment

Must pass background check and credentialing
