Responsibilities Automotive Service Porter / Drive Assistant :

  • Greet service customers promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers in the service drive and guide them through the check-in process
  • Move and park customer vehicles safely throughout the dealership
  • Maintain a clean, organized service drive and work area
  • Assist service advisors and technicians as needed
  • Perform light cleaning, restocking, and general support tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dealership experience
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance

    • Requirements / Qualifications Automotive Service Porter / Drive Assistant :

  • Valid in-state drivers license with good, clean driving record
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions (preferred but not required)
  • Previous dealership or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and a positive attitude
  • High level of energy and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day
  • High School diploma or equivalent
