[job_card.job_description]Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment. Provide regular patient status updates. Assist in implementing patient’s treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse. Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Supervise, administer and or assist with medications. Provide direct care of residents as necessary. Follow the plan of care for each resident. Ensure the residents care standards are maintained. Report to the Director of Nursing. Valid State LPN License Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (BLS) Minimum of 1 year experience – Preferred Same Day Pay Employee Referral Bonus Program Continuing Education Tuition Program PTO Exchange Program Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Voluntary Benefits 401k with discretionary match EAP

Our LPN's provide essential nursing care, including monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care.
