Quality Control Analyst

A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to conduct audits of post-decisioned loan files.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality control audits of assigned loan files to ensure compliance with agency guidelines and company policies

Assist the QC Manager with projects and provide feedback on loan audit results

Prepare monthly findings reports and create data reports using Excel or Access

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent combination of education and experience

A minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience in the retail mortgage lending industry

Knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory rules relevant to the mortgage industry

Familiarity with HUD / FNMA / FHLMC / VA eligibility guidelines

Experience with Encompass LOS and mortgage quality control preferred
