Previous experience working with K-12 student populations preferred. Strong munication and counseling skills to engage effectively with students and staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ypsilanti, Michigan, within a K-12 school district setting. Conduct assessments and provide direct counseling to students facing social or emotional difficulties. Support crisis intervention and facilitate referrals to munity services. Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting student well-being. Document services delivered in pliance with district policies and professional standards.
