A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Provides support to internal and external users on various issues
Responds to tickets, emails, and other requests in a timely manner
Creates and updates knowledgebase articles and troubleshoots computer system problems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma with CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent work experience
Strong desktop support skills, specifically with Windows systems
Experience in a remote position is preferred
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation
