Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of Payroll Tax Analysts, serving as the first point-of-contact for escalations

Manage customer escalations and deliver best practice presentations to clients and internal teams

Drive innovation and strategy for continuous improvement while sharing knowledge with team members

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in payroll tax, human resources, or payroll administration

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred

FPC or CPP certification required within two years

Demonstrated leadership experience

Advanced knowledge in payroll tax processes
