Junior Architect/Designer

Arquitectonica is a design-focused architecture and planning firm with a worldwide practice of 500+ employees located in eleven offices. Our Los Angeles office is seeking designers with 3-5 years of work experience to join our team. Projects include Luxury Residential, Office, Hospitality, and Mixed Use/Retail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand both architectural design and documentation processes
• Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materials
• Contribute to construction documentation phases by executing red-marked revisions
• Work collaboratively alongside your team to meet project deadlines and milestones
• Participate in the conceptualization of design projects

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional accredited degree in Architecture
• 3-5 years of continuous professional working experience
• Excellent design skills
• Technical experience using Revit
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in construction documentation is a plus
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, motivation to learn
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
