Responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally manage and follow up with provided leads.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to identify client needs.
• Host open houses and schedule property showings for prospective buyers.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee the transaction process to ensure a seamless closing.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local market trends and inventory.
• Utilize our CRM and technology tools to manage your sales pipeline effectively.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (Required).
• Exceptional communication and networking skills.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven by financial success.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation:

• Commission-based with high earning potential.
