Payment Variance Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Payment Variance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform payment variance analysis to identify trends in underpaid claims

Manage team productivity and develop team members through mentoring and career coaching

Analyze and resolve issues causing payer payment delays, including billing and coding errors

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Working knowledge of the insurance follow-up process and healthcare reimbursement methodologies

Leadership experience with the ability to manage employees

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multi-task and prioritize under stressful situations
