Position Summary

The Case Manager / COTA supports children and caregivers through occupational therapy interventions under the clinical supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This role emphasizes functional skill building, child development, daily routines, and housing retention to promote long-term family stability. Reports to the FUSE Clinical Program Lead. Receives clinical supervision from the Occupational Therapist.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide OT interventions focused on daily living skills, sensory regulation, strengths-based routines and environmental supports
• Coach caregivers in stress management and supporting children’s developmental needs
• Assist with screenings and functional assessments under OT supervision
• Deliver consultation and modeling to shelter staff to support trauma-responsive care
• Support coordination with education, healthcare and community resources
• Maintain documentation in accordance with OT standards and DFSS requirements

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Up to $65,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience and credentials

Working Conditions

Requires travel across multiple service locations, shelters and client homes. Frequent walking, stair climbing and light lifting required.
