Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time certified Early Childhood Assistant Teacher or Teacher to join our team! We have openings in Pre-School and Toddler classrooms. You will be responsible for working as a teacher to help care for our students. The ideal candidate is energetic, nurturing, patient, and engaging. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic care to children of various ages. (1yrs old to Pre-K), which includes relationship building with families
  • Create and facilitate classroom lesson plans
  • Assist with required licensing protocols for documentation, and sanitization etc.
  • Work cooperatively with other classroom teachers helping children reach social / emotional physical, and intellectual milestones
  • Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities at pick-up
  • Not be afraid to have fun, be silly, get creative!
  • Shifts available from 7 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm

    • Qualifications

  • Early Childhood certification or the qualifications to apply for the certificate :

    • Previous experience in the field

  • Completion of coursework or some college credits in early childhood
  • Strong understanding of child development
  • Dependability as consistency is important for classroom management
  • First aid / CPR certified preferred

    • Pay commensurate with certification and experience
