Hours : Part-time (20 hours each week)

Work days : Monday - Friday

Day-time Shift : Shift 7 : 00 AM to 11 : 00 AM sharp

Job Site Locations : Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Harlem & Midtown

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean sidewalks and common areas as required
• Sweeping sidewalks and common areas
• Pick up litter on sidewalks and common areas
• Snow removal as required
• Empty trash bins and replace bags
• Mandatory snow removal and possible overtime
• Additional tasks as assigned
