Assistant Clinical Director / BCBA – Fayetteville, NC

Full-Time | $100,000–$120,000 base + bonus potential | In-Clinic

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced BCBA to serve as an Assistant Clinical Director in our Fayetteville clinic. In this leadership role, you will support the Clinical Director, mentor clinical staff, maintain a smaller caseload, and help ensure high-quality ABA services across the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on clinical support to maintain quality and consistency of services

Mentor and train RBTs, therapists, and new BCBAs

Maintain a reduced caseload; conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

Support parent training and collaborate with families

Assist with clinical audits and quality assurance processes

Uphold ABA best practices and clinic policies

Requirements

Active BCBA certification

Minimum 4+ years of clinical experience as a BCBA

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Commitment to evidence-based practices and high-quality service delivery
