Job Goal :
Support Region 4's marketing and organizational goals by managing and maintaining accurate, accessible, and up-to-date content across all Region 4 websites and digital platforms. This role ensures the consistency, functionality, and user-friendliness of Region 4's web presence by executing updates, conducting content audits, refreshing layouts and graphics, and coordinating with internal departments to maintain high-quality digital content across the Center.
Qualifications : Education
- Associate degree or equivalent with background in web design, digital media, graphic design, multimedia or a related field
Experience
Experience managing content across multiple websites (5+), using a content management system (CMS); experience in multi-site environments preferredSpecial Knowledge and Skills :
Proficiency managing multi-site CMS platforms, including publishing, formatting, organizing, and maintaining accurate, accessible web contentAbility to update page layouts and visual elements using Canva or Adobe tools to modernize pages and ensure design consistencyUnderstanding of web usability, navigation, and accessibility standardsExperience maintaining landing pages, product listings, and digital resource platforms such as the Region 4 Store, Hub, DRM, and program sitesAbility to conduct regular web content audits to identify outdated information, broken links, missing files, and formatting issues, and implement needed updatesStrong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to train departments on content submission procedures and web best practicesMajor Responsibilities
Publish, format, and update content across all Region 4 websites to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and brand alignment.Manage updates for the Region 4 Store, Hub, PrintWorks site, landing pages, conference pages, and additional program websites.Refresh page layouts, graphics, and visual elements to maintain consistent design and improve user experience.Ensure all posted content-including descriptions, dates, pricing, files, and graphics-is accurate and up to date.Conduct regular audits to identify outdated content, broken links, missing files, or formatting issues and implement corrections.Maintain digital asset organization, including naming conventions, tagging, categorization, and file replacement.Validate content accuracy and ensure compliance with Region 4's digital, accessibility, and formatting standards.Serve as the primary executor of web update requests submitted through Wrike, ensuring timely completion and clear communication.Collaborate with departments, Marketing Specialists, and Communications to upload and maintain accurate web content.Train internal teams on web content submission procedures, standards, and best practices.Create or update basic graphics for webpages or digital signage using Canva or Adobe tools.Stay informed on web content management, accessibility, and usability best practices and support web needs tied to grant-funded initiatives.Support grant and organizational marketing goals : Provide content-related support for grant-funded initiatives and contribute to the goals of the Marketing Department and CSC&E.Supervisory Responsibilities :
