Clinical Nurse II - Orthopedics & Spine, Full-Time

Join our dedicated team in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and exceptional care to patients and their families. We are looking for a skilled Clinical Nurse II to work 36 hours a week on the night shift.

In this rewarding position, you will :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform essential treatments and procedures while documenting care as per established policies and regulations.
• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and understand patients' conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and reactions to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to manage patient care effectively.
• Provide both primary and emergency care for a range of patient injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications and over-the-counter treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to design and implement individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Direct and support ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
