Commercial Sales Associate

Location - Richmond, VA (and surrounding areas)

Full-Time / Base + Commission / Growth Opportunity

We're growing fast and looking for an ambitious, self-driven Commercial Sales Associate to help us expand our footprint across Central Virginia.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop relationships with commercial clients, including schools, medical offices, corporate facilities, and other facilities.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs to understand customer needs and translate them into accurate proposals.
• Prepare and present professional bids, RFP responses, and service agreements using ServiceMaster's proven pricing tools.
• Partner closely with operations to ensure a seamless transition from signed contract to service start-up.
• Track and manage leads through our CRM system and maintain consistent follow-up to close new business.
