Shop Foreman – Heavy Equipment

• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, gas, and diesel issues on a wide variety of construction equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections to keep our rental fleet in top shape.
• Train and support other mechanics in the shop.
• Help demonstrate equipment to customers and answer technical questions.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols.
• Basic computer skills.
  
  

• Three to five years of hands on mechanical experience with construction equipment is a big plus.
• Strong understanding of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and provide your own tools.
• A natural team leader with solid communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.
