Electrical Project Manager (Houston)

Acara Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Austin, TX or Houston, TX. This position will oversee the execution of large-scale Electrical and Automation construction projects within a high-tech factory environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, construction management expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality in fast-paced, complex projects.

Compensation : 150-180k, DOE plus bonus

What to Expect

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of manufacturing facilities. You will serve as the primary coordinator of field operations, working cross-functionally with base build, construction engineering, and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including Project Coordinators, Buyers, Superintendents, and craft labor.
• Oversee all phases of electrical construction from planning through execution and closeout.
• Champion job site safety and construction quality standards.
• Conduct constructability reviews to identify opportunities for design optimization.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with effective change control processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks while seizing opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning.
• Ensure alignment with the client's quality assurance and control protocols.
