Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates to ensure a diverse applicant pool for various job openings

Coordinate interview processes, including scheduling and collecting feedback

Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred
