A company is looking for a VIP Customer Advocate to provide elevated service and support to high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Implement retention strategies to maintain top accounts and identify early attrition indicators
Serve as a relationship manager to high-value customers and coordinate resolution of service incidents
Generate non-fuel revenue from assigned accounts through upselling and cross-selling of products
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service or sales-related education is desired
5+ years of customer service, account management, or sales-related experience required
Demonstrated ability to approach account management with a growth and sales-oriented perspective
Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze customer fueling data
Experience with Siebel, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and Gmail is preferred
