About The Role

In this role, you will focus on the customer experience as it relates to Rewards and Benefits for Capital One customers. You will work closely with a tech team, delivering high-priority and customer-facing digital capabilities. You will own the product roadmap while working in partnership with product managers, business analysts, design and partner teams across the enterprise to define new features, identify requirements and drive them through delivery.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative and have a passion for solving problems. You will leverage your understanding of the business and technology to find creative and targeted solutions for our customers, as you develop new capabilities and optimize existing ones. You'll need to be equally comfortable navigating the development of features with our tech partners as you are communicating user experience, business objectives, and risks with our business partners.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

Richmond, VA : $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
