Federato's AI / ML-driven platform leverages deep reinforcement learning to help insurance companies optimize the portfolio of risks they insure, allowing them to continue to provide fair and equitable pricing in difficult-to-price areas. Our category-defining 'RiskOps' solution drives better underwriting decisions by operationalizing underutilized data investments and surfacing real-time risk and portfolio insights. We focus on putting insurance underwriters back in the driver's seat, helping them meet their goals while providing an important service to society.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead aligned program teams to efficiently deliver successful customer implementations on time with quality
• Develop and own and leverage project plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
• Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables
• Partner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
• Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation
• Proactively identify and communicate product improvements to product engineering leaders and stakeholders

Who We Hope You Are :

$175,000 - $195,000 a year Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Total compensation package does include stock options, benefits and additional perks.
