POSITION SUMMARY - RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Oregon & WA RN or compact license active and on file. Must have 1 year of case manager or PCC experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous KP experience is preferred, experience with Medicaid / Medicare

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 8 : 00 - 5 : 30 every other weekend and holidays
