Monte Nido RainRock and the Eating Disorder Center of Eugene are leading residential and day treatment programs focused on helping adults overcome eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. We invite applications for a full-time Mental Health Counselor to join our skilled, multidisciplinary team. This is a remarkable opportunity to make a genuine difference within a compassionate atmosphere that values connection and clinical excellence.
Schedule
Five 8-hour shifts each week
Choose two consecutive days off : Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy aligned with customized treatment plans
Act as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to ensure seamless continuity of care
Engage with insurance providers for pre-certification and utilization review
Collaborate on discharge and aftercare planning
Provide therapeutic meal support , demonstrating a balanced and mindful approach to eating
Deliver empathetic and affirming care tailored to each client's diverse identities and experiences

Qualifications
LCSW, LICSW, CSWA, QMHP, or LMSW
State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field
Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is advantageous
Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices is preferred
