The Product Management Intern is responsible for assisting with strategy, roadmap, and feature definition within the Public Safety Software Integrations and Command Center Developer Program team including interfacing with senior product managers, product owners, engineering staff, marketing managers and other teams to define and deliver compelling products to the market.
The Product Management Intern analyzes market and competitive conditions and participates as part of the team that lays out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on addressing customer problems. This role spans many activities from strategic to tactical and provides cross-functional leadershipbridging gaps within the company between different functions, especially between development, sales and marketing, and support.
The Product Management Intern helps the team to define the 'why', 'what,' and 'when' of the product that the development team will build.
Product Management Intern responsibilities include :
Product management staff must plan for what their teams deliver and set expectations for when they need to deliver it. The Product Management Intern works with senior level product managers / product owners to define a vision and roadmap for their products, and the product team to define a release plan.
