Position Overview
The client is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, and deliver clinical services such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to enhancing patient experience through proactive service and education.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Services
- Provide clinical services, including immunizations, MTM interventions, diagnostic testing, and patient outcome services in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Dispense medications in strict adherence to Good Faith Dispensing policies and state / federal controlled substance laws.
- Conduct patient consultations, drug therapy reviews, and medication management to improve overall health outcomes.
- Greet, engage, and assist patients with healthcare services, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Proactively identify patient needs, resolve issues promptly, and promote available healthcare services offered by client.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams to optimize medication therapy and ensure patient safety.

Maintain current licensure, certifications, and knowledge in accordance with federal and state regulations.Stay informed of advancements in pharmacy practice through journals, publications, and professional development.Complete mandatory certifications, continuing education credits, and company training modules.Pursue best practices in retail, clinical, and management operations to enhance overall professional performance.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.Licensure : Current pharmacist licensure in the applicable state(s) within the district.Certifications : Certified Immunizer (or willingness to obtain immunization certification within 90 days of hire).Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent patient service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with pharmacy systems and basic computer applications.Preferred Qualifications
