Job Summary

The Staff Accountant will manage financial data, support accurate reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Key areas include general accounting, intercompany reporting, and sales tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities of Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will manage balance sheet and P&L responsibilities for an international subsidiary.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and accurate financial reports.

Ensure compliance with sales tax and Ohio use tax regulations.

Assist with month-end and year-end close.

Support auditors and internal teams to maintain financial integrity.

Contribute to process improvements and general accounting needs as a Staff Accountant .

Qualifications of Staff Accountant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Accounting experience preferred; prior Staff Accountant experience is a plus.

QuickBooks familiarity preferred.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
