You will make a direct impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration projects.

This role involves completing essential drying, demolition, and other critical restoration activities. We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, providing training, and offering paths for advancement within the company.

  • Experience in restoration is a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform production / restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, ensuring the well-being of the crew.
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
  • Prepare rooms / areas for work activities
  • Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians

    • Qualifications :

  • Certification / Designation :
  • IICRC certifications preferred : WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT
  • Foundation of Skills : Meaningful previous experience in cleaning, service, or other detail-oriented industries is highly valued.
  • Experience serving commercial properties is beneficial.
  • Valid drivers license is required.
  • High school diploma / GED is required.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects.
  • Ability to work with / around cleaning products / chemicals.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
