Care & Outreach Administrative Assistant

The role of the Care & Outreach Administrative Assistant is designed to provide administrative assistance to our Care & Connection Team and Outreach Team. We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative administrator who can help our team create an environment where each person at Central feels like they can belong and become who God intended.

• The capacity to use the church database (Planning Center) for information, updating, attendance, registrations, training of volunteers, communications, assigning workflows, etc.
• The aptitude to work well under pressure, maintaining a professional demeanor, a servants heart, and a can do attitude.
• Thoughtful, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
• Warm and caring interpersonal skills.
• The ability to effectively collaborate, communicate, and delegate.
• Passion for the message and mission of Jesus, particularly in the area of helping people share the love of Jesus with their relational world.
