You will be the Facilities Operations Supervisor for the Facilities Operations team. Our team is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Orlando manufacturing facility.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Facilities Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a multi-discipline team that maintains and operates an industrial manufacturing environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Lead and direct a multi-discipline team that maintains real-property, infrastructure, and production-related equipment.
• Develop, oversee, and execute preventive and reactive maintenance programs for all equipment and machinery.
• Manage day-to-day facilities operations, troubleshooting and repairs across the plant.
• Motivate and engage team members, set clear expectations, and hold each accountable for performance.
• Participate in site emergency response, business resiliency, and weekly rotational on-call supervision.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full-time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
