Job Description

Experience managing initiatives and programs across traditional and digital marketing channels Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics. Develop email campaigns, manage email database, and help increase customer experience Proficient using Eloqua or other, similar marketing automation technology Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. Manage email reports and establish email strategies Manage and build email lists and campaigns, including design templates Create and implement email campaigns and customer rendition programs: onboarding, promotions, etc. Manage emails, develop email roadmap, and conduct QA testing email assets and ensure successful deployment

Qualifications

Energy Efficiency (residential & commercial) programs group

This role is someone that is concentrated on their email marketing presence (with the new tool they bought)

Will be responsible for website updates too (making ONLY content updates)

Primarily email marketing with Oracle Eloqua platform

Working with one of many agencies to create emails, develop email campaigns using data analytics, working with website updates as needed

Will work with multiple departments across BGE

Currently using SharePoint for content management system

Looking for someone with 5 years exp or equivalent

Need to be able to work in fast paced environment (across multiple groups)

Excellent communication & organizational skills

Need someone that is a Do'er, needs to be able take initiative

Would be nice to have the Oracle Eloqua experience (or experience with an email automation tool) preferred

Web content editing experience preferred

Experience on the creative marketing side of things preferred

html experience would be nice
