Key Responsibilities
Manage all inbound and outbound community engagement across brand social platforms
Monitor community health, deliver reports on trends, and provide insights for product feedback
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to align messaging and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer experience roles
Experience working as part of a fully remote team
Proficiency with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and community management tools like Sprout Social
Familiarity with Google Suite, ClickUp, and Slack preferred
Ability to work across multiple brands and accounts
