Description :

As an Engineering Manager at Frontier-Kemper, you will have the opportunity to :

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team of 10 Professional Engineers, along with more than eight engineers, designers, and detailers based in Evansville, IN.
• Oversee all engineering and design functions across three operational divisions : Heavy Civil Tunneling, Mine Development, and OEM Equipment Manufacturing / FKC-Lake Shore.
• Manage and maintain project engineering schedules and budgets.
• Serve as the technical liaison with Division Managers, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Direct and coordinate engineering, operational, and quality initiatives to improve cost, delivery, and performance.
• Ensure that all designs meet commercial, customer, regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead three discipline managers in Civil / Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
