SUMMARY OF DUTIES : General cleaning and light maintenance. Ability to perform snow removal services. Repair plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, daily moving of furniture and equipment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : High School diploma, GED or one to three months of related experience with training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Lifting and / or move up to 100 pounds; working off ladders to a minimum height of 9 feet. Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff and students and have the ability to multi-task. Experience with housekeeping services. Must have a valid Illinois Driver’s License with a good driving record.
