We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial strategy for a healthcare organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Evaluate revenue streams, expenses, and profitability trends across multiple service lines and departments.
• Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports tailored for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare-specific financial regulations and organizational policies.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives, capital investments, and operational changes.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency within the organization.
• Interpret complex financial data to generate actionable insights for clinical and administrative teams.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) while providing detailed variance analysis.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align financial plans with operational goals.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
