A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator primarily remote and based in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and process information in UKG, including license / certification submissions and employee data management
Handle employee offboarding processes, including terminations and exit surveys
Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including managing HR emails and supporting audits
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of administrative experience with a focus on Human Resources
Experience in customer service and data entry
Experience working in a Human Capital Management (HCM) system
Preferred experience in Human Resources for State or Local Government in North Carolina
