We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Corporate Admin to join our team located in Beverly, MA. You will support the corporate operations needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm.
Day to day as a Corporate Operations Administrative Assistant
Join Ironhorse Funding LLC as a Full-Time Corporate Operations Administrative Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations across legal, human resources, and compliance. This dynamic position encompasses a range of essential functions, including general administrative tasks such as filing, drafting correspondence, and managing calendars. You will plan events, maintain databases, and assist with the preparation and tracking of lending license applications and renewals. Additionally, you'll facilitate client onboarding and offboarding processes while gathering documentation for annual reporting needs. Your strong communication skills will shine as you serve as the main point of contact for IHF for a Cause, coordinate travel, and support vendor management.
