We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our live marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement at in-person events. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals interested in event planning, fundraising, sales, brand promotions, or marketing—and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You’ll work closely with an experienced team and contribute to the success of interactive campaigns for a nationally recognized client. No prior experience is required —we provide comprehensive training, hands-on learning opportunities, and ongoing mentorship to help you excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day coordination and execution of live events, pop-up activations, and brand promotions.
  • Engage with customers face-to-face, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the public, maintaining positive and professional interactions.
  • Help achieve event goals related to brand awareness, customer outreach, and fundraising.
  • Offer creative ideas to enhance event flow, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer questions with professionalism and provide effective solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and support the tracking of event performance metrics.
  • Participate in team strategy meetings, training sessions, and field-based learning opportunities.
  • Continuously develop communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Interest in marketing, event coordination, customer service, or sales.
  • No previous experience required—paid training is provided.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and solid time-management abilities.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and poise.
