Job Duties:

• Design and develop the FCV application to meet defined business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with the development team to translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, code, test, and debug application components.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to established software quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for features, integrations, and system design.
• Research and evaluate potential technology solutions to align with business and security requirements

Requirements:

• Participate in the Agile development process managed by HCUS, contributing to the backlog of prioritized development items.
• Deliver tested, deployable code at the conclusion of each Agile Sprint.
• Provide timely resolution of assigned support tickets, ensuring quality assurance (QA) review and acceptance.
• Deliver integration services as agreed upon by the development team, typically within a one- to two-week timeframe for new data queries or service integrations.
• Customer satisfaction and timely delivery of business requirements.
• Number of service requests resolved or initiated.
• Number of work items (tasks, bugs, and user stories) completed.
• Feedback gathered from team members regarding collaboration and quality of deliverables.
