The Boeing Company's Joint Union Program Administration division is currently seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to join their team in Renton, Washington. Established in 1989 IAM / Boeing Joint Programs is a labor / management partnership where our leadership, our staff and our services all reflect a balanced relationship between the International Association of Machinist (IAM) Union and the Boeing Company. Together we are dedicated to improving the health, safety and educational opportunities for IAM-represented employees in the Puget Sound and Portland. This individual will be a proactive, engaged self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. This Program Coordinator position requires someone who can work closely with their union partner to perform their statement of work, effectively collaborate across teams, levels, functions, and organizations to drive improvements, consistency, and a strong culture of respect. The candidate will report to an Admin Pair (comprised of one company admin and one union admin) who manage the team's statement of work. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range : $104,550 - $141,450 Applications for this position will be accepted until Jan. 28, 2026.
